Returning an item(s) is quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of receipt. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. If your order has arrived damaged please email customer services and they will be able to help you further.
To return a product:
- login to your account.
- In your Order History locate the order which contains your returning products. It should be not older than 30 days.
- Follow the merchandise return procedure down there below.
- Allow 1-3 business days to validate the return request.
- Optional: Print and attach the return receipt after the return has been approved.
- Follow the Merchandise returns section of your account to see the status of your return order.
