Washing Temperature
Egyptian cotton towels are best washed at 40°C, a temperature high enough for proper cleaning without putting unnecessary stress on the fibres. Higher temperatures, such as 60°C or above, may be used occasionally for disinfection.
Fabric Softener: Use Sparingly
Fabric softener can help maintain the softness of the towel, but when used at every wash, it may reduce absorbency. Occasional use is enough.
Drying
Air drying in the shade is ideal. A tumble dryer is also a good option, used on a medium temperature setting. Avoid direct sun exposure and excessive heat, as they can flatten the fibres.
Storage
Towels should be folded and stored in dry, well-ventilated spaces to maintain their shape and freshness. Avoid damp areas and keep them away from direct heat sources.
